File Storage & Delivery:
- Google Drive is used to deliver design files, store project materials you provide (such as manuscripts and cover files), and share deliverables with you. Google’s privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.
Email Communications:
- We use the newsletter service provider Beehiiv to send newsletters, project updates, and service communications. Your email address and name are stored with this provider. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Website Hosting:
- Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider who maintains the servers where our site and data reside.
Digital Product Sales:
- Etsy processes sales of our pre-made Canva template products. Etsy collects buyer information and processes payments independently according to its own privacy policy.
Analytics:
- We may use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymized or aggregated data about site traffic and user behavior.
